So what's the difference between a birth coach and a doula?

Simply put — everything except the in-person support on your birth day. A birth coach brings the same education, preparation, and personalized guidance as a doula. We build your birth preferences together, we get your mind and body ready, and I'm in your corner every step of the way. The difference is that when labor starts, your partner takes the lead in the room — and trust me, after working with me, they'll be ready for it. Birth coaching is full doula-level support, just without the on-call, show-up-at-3am part.

What is a Birth Coach?
